Jonathan Alwine
Superintendent
Jonathan began his construction career as a commercial carpenter in Philadelphia where his work focused on student housing, religious facilities, and multi-story office buildings. From Philadelphia, Jonathan joined the Marines and finished his enlistment in California. When he returned to construction in 1997, Jonathan rejoined the field in the hospitality and multi-family end. This experience—particularly with hospitality projects—has given Jonathan the insight to build durable, low-maintenance projects that are delivered on time and at budget. Through his constant efforts to deliver exceptional quality while maintaining schedules and budgets, Jonathan quickly advanced to superintendent and then to project manager.
As a field superintendent, Jonathan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all subcontractors. He plays a pivotal role in addressing the issues often encountered on a complex projects. Working with the designers and architects through effective communication, he expedites solutions to challenges in the field during construction.
